Opting Out of Data Sharing

Certain advertising and analytics technologies may use information about your activity on our store and other websites to select or measure advertisements.

Submit an Opt-Out Request

When you select Opt Out:

  • The preference will apply to the browser and device currently being used.

  • Technologies used for qualifying targeted advertising or data sharing will be restricted where required.

  • A browser-level preference may need to be submitted again if you clear cookies, change browsers, or use another device.

If the page provides an account option, you may select the checkbox and enter the email address associated with your customer account. This allows the request to be connected with that account where supported.

You do not need to create a new customer account to submit a browser-level opt-out request.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control, commonly called GPC, is a browser or extension setting that communicates an opt-out preference to websites.

When we receive a recognized GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activities for the browser and device sending the signal, where required by applicable law.

A GPC signal generally does not identify every device or customer account. You may need to enable it separately on each browser or device you use.

What the Opt-Out Does Not Affect

Submitting an advertising-related opt-out does not stop personal information from being used when reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain the shopping cart and checkout

  • Process payments and fulfill orders

  • Provide delivery and tracking information

  • Respond to customer care requests

  • Detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Maintain essential website functions

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Complete returns, refunds, or replacements

You may also continue to receive order confirmations, account notices, and other non-promotional communications.

Other Privacy Requests

Depending on your location, you may also be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain personal information.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Please do not send your account password, complete payment card number, or card security code.
